Why we exist:
Cast Iron Consulting LLC was founded to help organizations do accessibility and inclusion work in ways that are practical, sustainable, and accountable.
Too often, accessibility and equity work becomes either overly technical or overly performative. We approach our work by building systems, policies, and communication practices that people can actually use and trust.
Our work is informed by disability justice principles, lived experience, and the firm belief that clarity matters.
Our team can help whether you don’t know precisely where to start (“How is disability relevant to my work?”) or you have a specific project you want to scale up (“What kind of tool can my organization create that helps disabled voters prepare to vote?”).
What do we do?
Short answer: Our work includes disability and accessibility strategy, HR accessibility practices & internal policy audits, accommodations process support, government benefits navigation, restorative justice approaches, and plain language policy translation.

Who are our consultants?
Cast Iron Consulting LLC was founded by its Co-Directors e.k. hoffman and Mo Snyder, but we work with other consultants through partnerships and subcontracts to ensure that our clients have support from folks with the exact expertise needed.
