Hi, I’m Mo. I help organizations build disability-centered programs, policies, and systems that work in practice and are sustainable.
Since 2012, I've worked at the intersection of disability policy, public benefits, accessibility, employment, and systems change. I've partnered with nonprofits, government agencies, employers, service providers, and individuals to navigate complex systems while identifying practical ways to make those systems work better.
Over the course of my career, I've helped build statewide programs, secure federal grant funding, train professionals across sectors, and advise organizations on creating systems that are more accessible, effective, and responsive to both their staff and the people they serve.
My work includes disability inclusion strategy, workplace accessibility, benefits and systems navigation, grant and program consultation, policy development, staff training, and implementation support. Whether launching a new initiative or strengthening an existing one, I help organizations turn ideas into sustainable programs that people can actually use.
As a disabled professional, I bring both lived experience and technical expertise to every project. I understand disability policy from multiple perspectives: from legislation and administration to organizational implementation, while centering the everyday realities of the people those systems are intended to serve.
I believe accessibility should make work easier, instead of more complicated. My approach is practical, collaborative, and rooted in the understanding that meaningful inclusion happens through systems that are clear, sustainable, and built for real people.
Accessibility goes beyond compliance. It's about making sure no body or mind is left behind.
