Hi, I’m e.k. I am an accessibility consultant and organizational strategist specializing in building the internal infrastructure that allows justice-oriented organizations to grow sustainably. My work sits at the intersection of disability justice, nonprofit operations, and movement-building.

Since 2014, I have worked across disability rights, voting rights, public health, and queer and trans liberation spaces. I am an accessibility consultant and disability justice trainer working with funders, LGBTQIA+ organizations, and multi-issue nonprofits.

I partner with organizations to shift internal culture and operations toward disability justice and meaningful inclusion, from accessible grant-making practices to internal policy development and systems change.

I bring substantial technical accessibility knowledge and policy expertise that allows me to work with teams looking to troubleshoot, learn, and expand.

I am experienced in helping to scale organizations from an early-stage startup to an established team. I can help you by leading organization-wide work-planning, supporting budget management and finance operations, and co-developing the systems, policies, and workflows needed to support fully remote, rapidly growing organizations. I bring deep experience in organizational development, including building staff infrastructure, strengthening cross-team coordination, and supporting managers through growth and transition. As a trained restorative justice facilitator, I bring a leadership style that balances clarity and accountability with care, accessibility, and strong relational trust.

My lived experience as a white, trans, multiply-disabled, Jewish Appalachian informs my commitment to building organizations where justice is not only a goal, but a daily practice.

We ain’t free til we’re all free.
